I bought Blackshark v2 X, and when i tried activating 7.1 surround sound, and it says the product is already registered.

Let’s check the headset registration details on our end. Please send me a PM with the headset serial number and a clear copy of your store receipt or invoice. You can upload it to Google Drive and change the sharing setting to “Anyone with the link” so I can review it and verify if the reseller is listed as Razer’s authorized reseller. Thank you!
