I bought  Barracuda !--tgqphd||[]-->X from amazon , and when i tried activating 7.1 surround sound, and it says the product is already registered.

I can check the registration details from our end. Just to clarify, we're unable to remove a device registration if it's linked to a previous owner. You can send me a PM with the headset's serial number, along with a clear copy of your store receipt or invoice. You can upload the proof of purchase to Google Drive and set the sharing permissions to "Anyone with the link," so I can review it and confirm if the seller is one of Razer’s authorized resellers.
