Hi, I recently bought this headset and I tried to Register new product to get activation code for 7.1 surround sound, but it says "This product is already registered". 

Is there something I can do?

Thanks for alerting us about this. There’s a high possibility that you have a counterfeit headset but I’ll double-check. Where did you purchase it? Let me know via PM along with its serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
