The not eligible message keeps popping up even though i just got my black shark v2x headset so i cant verify and use 7.1 surround sound

Where did you purchase your headset? I suggest that you reach out to the reseller to take advantage of your warranty and request a replacement so you can register the product to your account and receive the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please be aware that products purchased from non-authorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. You can check the list of authorized Razer resellers to ensure your Razer device is genuine. If you need further help, you can PM device serial number and proof of purchase for verification.
