Thresher for PS4 question
I hope someone can help as I am a little technologically challenged. I just purchased a new Razer Thresher for PS4. I charged it up for the entire weekend, paired with my PS 4 and settled into some gaming. Within 5 minutes I got this beep tone which got progressively worse until the audio was unbearably intermittent. Has anybody else had this issue? Is the battery pooched and not holding charge? Am I doing something to cause this re settings etc?

Are you getting the same problem on wired and wireless mode? Also, please try connecting it to a computer to check if it yields the same issue. If it does, there's a good chance that one of the transceivers is faulty. Send me the serial number so I can look into firmware-related solutions.
