I use the Thresher RZ04-0224 model and I get static and breakup all the time plus it disconnects. Is there a firmware update of other solution to this issue? Paid a lot of money for this headset and expected it to be flawless.

There's no available firmware update for this model. Did you already try these steps for isolation purposes? If you're still experiencing the same problem, PM me the serial number and share a copy of your receipt so I can validate its warranty and forward your concern to the RMA Team for a replacement request. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
