Thresher Ultimate Stopped playing Xbox Game Audio

Just got a new razer Thresher Ultimate, was working fine but the begun to cut out when I was using it on my Xbox. Tested it on my PC, and it worked fine. I set it up again on my Xbox and still wouldn't work. Not sure what to do to fix it ? Any advice?

    Hello there! Were there any changes before the issue started? Also, have you tried to use it with another console unit? Let me know.
