thresher ultimate xbox one - disconnecting every 40seconds

Hey, I was hoping for some assistance. I have a thresher ultimate headset for my xbox one x. Everything seems to be fine but after 40 seconds or so it disconnects. My sound cuts out then it reconnects and the sound comes back. This happens in a loop constantly.. Note that even with my headset powered off this still occurs, as my xbox pops up with the headset assigned message. It seems to be an issue with the hub itself. When it does disconnect it still has power. To add, I have also tried my secondary xbox and its the same issue. Lastly I've tried updating the firmware, it's already on the latest and the headset works flawlessly on PC. I'm at my wits end with this, could someone offer some advice please?
