Hi, I bought a Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed headset in-store on September 22. I still have the box, but I declined the receipt and don’t have it.
The headset works Perfectly with Razer Synapse, but I recently tried to turn on 7.1 Surround Sound Feature and was asked for an activation code. I checked the surface of the box, but couldn’t find anything explaining that I would need to keep the receipt to activate this feature.
Could you tell me how I can get an activation code? I can provide the headset’s serial number and the purchase date, and I have the transaction in my banking app if that helps. I’d appreciate any way to verify the purchase and activate the feature.
Man I miss the days where you could plug and play.
