The two side buttons for the thumb seem to trigger at the same time no matter which one I hit. So for example, if one of the buttons is bound to "1" and the other is bound to "2", no matter which one I hit, the input that is triggered is "12". I tested this out on notepad after noticing the issue in games I play. Note, this is not an issue with the removeable thumb paddle button, but only with the two higher buttons above the thumb rest.
The first time I reached out to support, I was provided instructions to uninstall Synapse and uninstall mouse drivers. Which did work. But a couple months later, the issue has reappeared and the above steps don't help. And what a coincidence, my limited warranty is over.
If this is a known issue and there is no known permanent fix, I'll be severely disappointed because what is the point of purchasing a mouse with side buttons that don't work properly?
It's a shame because I enjoyed the mouse, but I won't be purchasing another Razer product in the future if there is no straightforward and permanent fix. Would appreciate any input or guidance towards a similar issue that I could review. Thanks

Have you tried updating your device's firmware? Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? Let's try to isolate the problem by repairing your Razer Synapse 3.0. Should the issue persists, send me a PM together with the serial number of your Basilisk Ultimate. Let's continue from there.
