Hello people,
My razer thunderbolt 4 dock is plugged in and being identified in windows just fine.
However it does not show up in synapse 3 app. I did try and repair the app as per the FAQs but no luck.
The dock itself is partially working. I can attach a monitor and recieve output just fine, however, plugging in ethernet cable or a mouse receiver does not work at all.
Any help is appreciated. Also, is there a direct support line that I can call to get support? I live in the UK.
