Thunderbolt port not working for display on Razer Blade 15 (2019)

I have a Razer Blade 15 (2019) with a Thunderbolt 3 port. I also have an Anker Thunderbolt cable and a DeskLab monitor with 2 USB C ports. When I plug the monitor into my Surface Go using the Anker cable, it works without problems. I'm able to extend the display without issues. However, when I try the same with my Blade, it does not work. The Blade won't recognize the display at all. I know that the Blade's Thunderbolt port works because when I plug my phone into it with the Anker cable, the phone can both charge and transfer data. This makes my think that the display port part of the port isn't working or isn't turned on somehow. Anyone have any clues on how to fix this?
