Thunderbolt Ports no longer work Razer Blade 14

As of this morning when I turned my Blade 14 on the thunderbolt ports no longer recognise anything connected to them. They work for power, but no thunderbolt connection for accessories. There is no Thunderbolt device lised in Device Manager. I have rebooted, run all applicable updates, updated AMD, run a repair on all Razer software (synapse etc.), run /scannow and dism.exe commands. I am now at a loose end and cannot seem to find a solution. This Laptop has had no end of minor issues since the day it arrived which I dealt with as I like the laptop. Does anyone else have a solution for this? I can see similar support posts with this issue but no clear fix, just a “I’ll contact you directly” message before locking the thread.
