I just recently bought a Razer Kraken Ultimate headset and at first, it was working perfectly with my new Razor Blade 15 2020 but I think I might have messed up something up in my audio settings or maybe Synapse. Now my THX does not seem to be working at all when I click on it I still hear audio but it sounds like crap compared to the deep base I was previously experiencing. Also, the audio dial does not match the dial on my screen as it does not show any movement on-screen even the volume does increase and decrease. Pls someone help!
