THX and EQ issues that haven't been fixed for years! - Windows 11

Since the release of Windows 11, no solution has been provided and users have been victimized by Razer. Support for Windows 10 has been discontinued recently and there is still no solution! The sound effects that work in Windows 10 do not work in Windows 11. I contacted Razer support SEA HQ headquarters and they said they would solve the problem, but no solution was found and the same problems still persist. Even though there was nothing wrong with my headset, I requested a replacement upon the advice of the Razer SEA HQ representative. And they replaced my headset. But the problem still persists! Razer doesn't want to admit there's a problem with Synapse 4! Synapse 4 installs THX drivers in Windows 10, but it does not do this in Windows 11!  I asked Razer SEA HQ to give me the Razer Barracuda Pro drivers, but they insisted that Windows Update installed it automatically. If it is installed automatically, why can't I see an application related to THX in Add/Remove Programs in Windows 11? While these applications are visible in Windows 10, they are not visible in Windows 11!  Give us an option to install drivers manually! 

Dear Razer officials, Windows 10 support has been discontinued. You have no more excuses! If I can't use the technologies listed on the headset's box, that means you're selling a defective product! Dear Razer officials, as an aggrieved user, I invite you to resolve this issue. Otherwise, I invite all aggrieved users to apply to the consumer rights court in their country. I'd like to inform you that similar problems continue. I'm fulfilling my duty as a consumer. However, if you don't do your part, I won't hesitate to exercise my consumer rights. 

That's all I have to say, either find a solution or I will initiate legal proceedings. I will not hesitate to use the evidence I have.

I followed the steps here and, unbelievably, the problem was solved! I'm now going to report the situation to the Razer support center. I hope they fix this nonsense in the next update. I hope this solution helps everyone!

The problem still persists. And the Barracuda Pro shows up as ''Generic USB audio'' in the Windows 11 device manager instead of ''Razer'' as the device manufacturer. Razer needs to release Windows 11-compatible drivers for the Barracuda Pro. Otherwise, you'll have no choice but to download the Barracuda Pro driver that works on Windows 10 and upgrade to Windows 11. 
Dear Razer officials, please release Windows 11 compatible drivers for the Barracuda Pro as soon as possible! I invite you to resolve this issue. Support for Windows 10 has ended, and now you have no excuse! I won't bother upgrading from Windows 10 to 11 every time! Please release Windows 11-compatible drivers as soon as possible, otherwise you're selling a defective product!
