Since the release of Windows 11, no solution has been provided and users have been victimized by Razer. Support for Windows 10 has been discontinued recently and there is still no solution! The sound effects that work in Windows 10 do not work in Windows 11. I contacted Razer support SEA HQ headquarters and they said they would solve the problem, but no solution was found and the same problems still persist. Even though there was nothing wrong with my headset, I requested a replacement upon the advice of the Razer SEA HQ representative. And they replaced my headset. But the problem still persists! Razer doesn't want to admit there's a problem with Synapse 4! Synapse 4 installs THX drivers in Windows 10, but it does not do this in Windows 11! I asked Razer SEA HQ to give me the Razer Barracuda Pro drivers, but they insisted that Windows Update installed it automatically. If it is installed automatically, why can't I see an application related to THX in Add/Remove Programs in Windows 11? While these applications are visible in Windows 10, they are not visible in Windows 11! Give us an option to install drivers manually!
Dear Razer officials, Windows 10 support has been discontinued. You have no more excuses! If I can't use the technologies listed on the headset's box, that means you're selling a defective product!
