THX and surround sound 7.1 removed when upgrading to Synapse 4

As the title says, I installed about an hour ago synapse 4 and it removed THX and surround sound 7.1. I had it working since I bought my laptop in 2024. It came as a promo for buying the laptop. Now it says I have to put an activation code for each. What? What a ripoff. And no there is no email with activation codes on my spam folder.

Will going back to synapse 3 fix it? I want both back on my system without having to pay.

No, because Razer wants to rip us off and charge us another $30 for a free program we got with our headsets for buying their product. I also have a pair of headphones that came with THX 7.1 Spatial Surround Sound, and if you switch from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4, you lose it forever. Also, as you know, once you upgrade, you cannot go back. I was able to solve my issue temporarily by restoring my PC back one day, but I cannot ever open my Synapse 3 app again. My settings are stuck where they are for my headphones, and that's it. My keyboard and mouse are stuck on the stock color change unless I upgrade back to Synapse 4 and lose my audio for their crappy 7.1 audio, which sounds like stereo garbage in comparison. I really liked Razer for a lot of years until they pulled this crap. Now, I wish I had no Razer products and had gone with something else. You make a support ticket about this situation and get no response; we make a comment about it and get no response. So, I hope someone who actually cares at Razer sees my comment and does something to help their long-term customers. If not, I bought a second Razer Kraken Tournament headset for no reason because it sounds like trash without the THX 7.1 Spatial Surround Sound. It has it on the USB controller, and I don't even know if buying their THX app for $30 would even fix the horrible audio issue I have, so that's a gamble in itself.
