i have been experiencing a painful amount of trouble when trying to purchase THX spatial. ill buy it then itll get cancelled because there was a problem. only i can contact support on the matter cause they dont have any open support and it doesnt fall under any other categories. ive tried making a new account or even just using a different card all together but it still wont work under the exact same error. there is no error code and again when i try to click the contact support it just leads me in loops and doesnt actually let me contact support. does anyone know that problem?
