THX audio is not longer working and showing on playback devices

It's very uncommon seeing this on my new headset (blackshark v2 pro) i'm not able to get a solution my win ver is pro 20h2 19042.662 and the problem. i see other people getting the same problem but they never said something back so i don't know how to solve this maybe it's the win ver but i didn't have any issues since i got my viper ultimate sensor issues as well

    Please perform a clean installation of Synapse by following this guide and make sure that THX is set as the default playback device on your Sound Control Panel. Please send me the serial number of your headset and mouse if the problem persists. *Locking thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
