THX Broken on First Day | Razer Insider
Received my Kracken TE phones today. Installed everything. THX worked. I tried to change the format in the "Advanced" tab of Windows "Sound Settings." Somehow that broke everything--I mean EVERYTHING! I have completely uninstalled Razer (like regedit remove THX, remove Razer USB Host Controller, Delete the Razer folder, remove the programs, unplug the headphones) with several restarts.

... Now, in the Advanced tab in Sounds Settings, the only two formats I have are 16-bit 44.1 and 16-bit 48.1. I used to have several options. When I got into Razer's software and attempt to listen to THX in the calibration, it makes this intermittent clicking noise, where it only makes any noise at all every two seconds or so and it's just for a microsecond.

I can't even get one error report in before the others come rushing at me. Does ANYTHING Razer makes even remotely work ever? Four hours into this so far. This is just complete junk all-around.
Hey @rassy7! Sorry for the mishap. Have you tried checking your firewall or anti-virus if it is blocking any Razer-related files? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
