thx broken sound

After the latest firmware update (around 2 weeks ago), whenever I enabled THX and entered games, the sound quality became very bad for a few seconds. I decided to reinstall the THX driver, but now it will not reinstall at all, even after removing all drivers and reinstalling the application.

I found the THX driver in Device Manager, but it would not work. I tried repairing it and updating it, but nothing helped.

I also installed the THX Spatial Audio application from your website, but it is not free. Considering that I own these headphones, I believe I should either receive a THX activation code or have my THX drivers properly repaired.

For the past week, nobody has been able to help me.
