Hello everyone.
I have a problem after purchasing the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition.
After installing the drivers and configuring, I found that the THX button on the adapter did not work.
A green indicator light next to the button is lit.
Through Synapse 3, I can manually switch THX SPATRIAL AUDIO on and off and everything works.
On the adapter, the light goes out and lights up, but when I click on the adapter button, no changes are made.
What could be the problem?
