I'm using a Razer BlackShark V2, and for some reason, THX Spatial Audio isn't working. I can toggle THX Spatial Audio on an off in Synapse, but there are no Spatial Audio modes and I can't add any Programs or Applications. Hitting the plus to add a new mode does nothing as well. The audio works, but all the features of THX Spatial Audio are not.



I've uninstalled Synapse, reinstalled it, used CCleaner, but at the end of the day, still no audio modes and no way to add any.

I purchased the Blackshark V2 Pro last week and I have the exact same issue. I have tried troubleshooting in every way I can think of but the issue remains. Did you manage to fix it? A response would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. Yes I have sent feedback via Synapse 3 with logs as you suggested above. I also submitted a case and I'm currently receiving support but so far the supports suggested solutions have not helped. Therefore I am seeking support for this issue on multiple fronts. Did you manage to resolve the issue for the original poster, and if so, what was it that helped? Thank you in advance for any respone.
