THX not detected in playback devices

Hi, I bought the headset Razer BlackShark V2 Pro just yesterday. I have some problems with the THX spatial audio. When i installed the first time Synapse 3 there no issue with it. I had to uninstall it due a VPN issue. When i reinstall it a warning is visible on the top screen on the app saying: "Select THX spatial audio as your default playback device for the best audio experience" and next to it there's a buttons says "Set As Default". If i press it nothing happens. In the audio options there isn't any THX audio device, also turning on the disabled devices. Any suggest? Please, i tried just for few seconds and the THX sound was awesome :(. All the best, Nick
