THX not working on Blackshark V2 Pro

Hi, I just bought the headset today and I have Synapse 3 installed and when I click on the headphones there and go to mixer and turn spatial audio on it doesn't change the sound at all. When it is on and I select the manual mode for the spatial audio and click add game, it doesn't add the game that I select. It just stays blank (like in the screenshot attached). Also when I go back to the synapse tab and then click on the headphones again and go back to mixer, THX spatial audio is turned off again. Idk how to fix this. What I tried so far:

• Uninstalling and reinstalling synapse 3
• Restarting my PC
• Updating my PC
• Setting THX spatial audio as default device and default communication device at the same time
• Updating the firmware for the headset

I'm not sure what else I can do. Any ideas?
