ok i originally had no issues with the thx option on razer synapse 4 , i then mistakenly installed thx spatial , which i now know i dont need , so i removed it , since then even with a clean install of synapse 4 , including driver cleanup as you recommend , i no longer have the thx working on the device , i go into synapse , click thx and test , no sound on either blackshark game or black shark chat , and in windows options for sound , theres no thx for audio enhancements? , im stuck for options , and im relectunt to do a full reinstall of windows
