Hello, I've been using the Razer Kraken Ultimate together with the THX for a few years. Lately I've been facing a lot of problems using the THX on it through the app. I decided to repair the software and even uninstall and install it to see if it resolved the bugs. But after that I lost access to THX, but as shown in the image below I have had it downloaded since last year, which was when I formatted my machine and started using it again. But when I try to redeem a code it says that my device is no longer eligible for THX, even though I have only been using it for a short time.
