THX spacial audio not working with kraken tournament edition.

Have had Kraken TEs for about 2 years now, never figured out how to get THX surround sound to work. I’ve got windows 11 and I’ve recently tried getting THX to work with no success. I’ve followed youtube videos from razer, tried repairing the app, but i simply cannot get the audio (THX spacial - synapse) option to work, or even play on my headphones. Seeing as there are many such posts with replies from razer themselves where people STILL haven’t found a fix, i’d like to try out my luck here.  (Razer audio controller - chat) has always worked normally, with no issues. My expectations are pretty low here, but if anyone has any suggestions, im open to trying anything.

I have the same problem with the same headphones, the errors appear when the synapse is updated, which every now and then always has an update with the latter, the operation of thx spatial has completely broken, I have tried to fix it in any way but there is no way, the latest update the application has completely broken this... razer charges a lot for its peripherals but they don't fix other things...

I have also had the same issue. Chat and Game mode are fine. THX is spotty at best. its working now. I used device manager. highlighted the sound video and game controllers. went down to the THX and add legacy hardware. used the manual option. chose Razer. I think I did it three times?  also I went and installed the THX spatial app and let it update  synapse from its menu. never activated it...rebooted. THX mode started working again. Have noticed that Discord app seems to mess with THX mode

Yesterday I tried this method that I read in this same forum and a person commented
Uninstall Razer. Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\THX. Reboot, and then install Synapse 3.0 again.
I just did the same steps and miracle for me the problem has been solved, now the Razer thx spatial synapse audio configuration works again

I think the problem is that somehow the device is being muted by windows but it's not being displayed as muted in the playback device list. I noticed that when I had the usb unplugged when I booted the computer up that thx automatically switched to my normal speakers output at the volume level that it's non-THX output was at. So, on a whim, I plugged the usb back in selected the -Game output and toggled the mute on and off again and boom sound was outputting normally. So maybe it's some bizarre conflict between windows and Synapse.
