THX Spacial - Synapse doesn't output sound.
Hello, the audio output for Thx Spacial - Synpse mostly works fine. But now is the third or fourth it just stops outputting sound. I never make a threat because it usually comes back after a few days. But yesterday it happened again and I really want to know if there's a fix to it, rather than just waiting.
I've tried to restart the thx service, reinstall the driver, reinstall Synapse, change USB port where the headphones are connected with no luck in any of them. The only thing I noticed is when I troubleshoot the audio, and windows plays testing sounds, when I choose the option "I didn't hear anything", the sound works for just a second before stopping again.
My headphones are the nari ultimate, right now, I have to use the Game audio output, and it works just fine, but I really wanted for Thx Spacial to work too.

this issue comes and goes. why? it will work fine for a few days then will stop working. why is it doing this?

_TK421_is this synapse global problem? because it used to work to me like 3 hrs ago but its not longer working

rodrigofernetyI recently did an update for Razer Synapse around December 27th 2020, and ever since my THX - Audio has not been working either. I sincerely hope this is just a driver issue and that they will release an update soon.

Same problem. No solution. Use défault drivers. THX audio is like software in razer stuff : in general : not working.
