THX spatial and razor cortex Windows 11 not working

Since i updated to windows 11, both thx spatial and razor cortex apps stopped working and i tried reinstalling them and various fixes on youtube but nothing working, like the apps themselves do not open after being downloaded or show nothing but settings.

    Hey there! Thank you for sharing your concern with us here. My name is Michelle from the Razer Cortex PC technical support team. I am happy to assist you with your concern. We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. To quickly resolve it, please follow the below steps:
    • Exit Razer Cortex PC from System Tray
    • Go to this directory > %localappdata%\\Razer\\Razer Cortex\\UICache
    • Delete the "UICache" folder
    • Re-launch Razer Cortex PC
    We will release a new version to resolve it completely very soon. Please update your Razer Cortex to the latest version after our new release. Please let me know if the above method works. Michelle
