Hey guys, I have a Blackshark V2 I purchased which comes with THX Spatial Audio. A couple weeks ago the audio stopped coming out of the output labeled THX Spatial Audio in the sound tray and only through Razer USB Sound Card. I tried uninstalling the drivers, and anything related to the headset. I then redownloaded the THX Spatial Audio, which allows THX Spatial to pop up in my sound tray, but still no sound comes from it. The THX Spatial Audio does ask for an activation code which I don't have, not sure if I need that or not or where to find it. I loved the THX Spatial audio and want it back but I'm not sure how to re-acquire it without having to pay money for something the headset comes with or just got another activation code. Any help is appreciated :).

Since you've already reinstalled the headset drivers. Let's perform a clean reinstallation of Razer Synapse by following the steps on this page. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your headset, and please gather your Synapse logs by following this guide. I can use those to verify the model of your headset and check the app's status. You can upload the log files on Google Drive and send me the sharable link. Here's how to find the shareable link for the files: 1. Open a file in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides. In the top right corner, click Share. 2. Click "Get shareable link" in the top right of the "Share with others" box. 3. To choose whether a person can view, comment, or edit the file, click the Down arrow next to the "Anyone with the link." down arrow icon. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
