Good morning, I have a problem, I bought a razer black shark v2 x headset, everything arrived perfectly, but the driver activation code (THX SPATIAL AUDIO) that you sent me by email is not working! (the code you entered does not appear to be valid, please try again)

Blackshark V2X is 7.1 surround compatible, not THX Spatial.

Uninstall THX Spatial app, download 7.1 surround and activate it.
