THX SPATIAL AUDIO activation code ERROR!

I purchased the Kraken V3 X product and received the THX SPATIAL AUDIO activation code by e-mail after completing the product registration. By the way, the code is not valid. I think measures such as re-issuance are needed.

It is not spatial. Manual says you should use https://www.razer.com/eu-en/71-surround-sound
