Please be informed that the Razer Barracuda X Chroma is bundled with 7.1 Surround Sound. To fix the problem, please make sure to download the correct software here and follow the instructions in this link to set up the 7.1 Surround Sound. Reading is a hard skill nowadays. If you have 7.1 Surround enabled headset, and 7.1 surround code, you cannot activate a different app which is THX Spatial.
Manual is your friend, but why wasting time reading it? Let’s waste more time to post on forums and wait few hours or days for reply. YAY!
