THX Spatial Audio Activation code invalid

Question

I just bought Blackshark V2X and the THX activation code is invalid, so I already request the new code but Razer Support gave me the same code instead.. Note: The new code is same as the code that invalid.Could you please help me to activate or send me the new code..This is the serial number:razer blackshark v2 x862426D13419496
