THX Spatial Audio activation key problem

I have had a Razer BlackShark V2 X since 2022, but I haven't played for a while. Today I went to install the program and used my application activation key, but the application said that my key is invalid. What should I do?

    most probably you recieved 7.1 and not THX. Make sure you use the proper one.
