I just restarted using my Razer Kraken Kitty that I got back in December of 2021 a few days ago after not using it since summer 2023. I noticed that the Spatial audio menu changed but soon realized that it doesn’t seem to work on my headset, nor does the audio equalizer work. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse, using the new Beta, factory resetting my headphones, and nothing is working! Is there any fix or will I need to end up buying a new headset?
