I bought a Razer Kraken V4 X and when i try to activete the TSH spatial audio with the code that I got from registering my product… the app sais the code is not valid. What can I do?

+1It’s 7.1 surround not THX. Check the manual and install proper app: https://www.razer.com/71-surround-sound

Hello there,
The THX Spatial Audio is different from the 7.1 Surround Sound. You need the 7.1 Surround Sound software for this one. Please send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and help you with the activation.
