THX Spatial audio License Key/Razer BlackShark V2/Synapse

Hi. After synapse 3 update, the ability to configure THX SPATIAL AUDIO profiles disappeared. When choosing a separate THX SA program, a 15-day demo version of the THX SA license was installed in the RAZER APP ENGINE. There was no license key for THE SA in the box when buying the headset. When registering the product in razer ID, a message is displayed stating that this headset does not support the THX SA license. What to do about it?
Is it possible to get a license key/code or rollback to a previous version of synapse?

It is not possible to activate the THX app with the RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 headset - CABLE GAMING HEADSET + USB SOUND CARD and several people have had the problem with the THX since the update
