THX spatial audio not working

everythig is set as defult, as in from my computers reference frame THX spatial is set as the defult. Now the app setup wont allow me to choose an output device!! it just forever asks me to choose one but its all blacked out as if there are no outputs?! yet everything is set as thx spatial as defult..please Razer help me out here.

Did you apply any changes to your device or system before the issue? Have you tried reinstalling the THX Spatial Audio software or the Razer Synapse?
