THX SPATIAL AUDIO not working, cannot log in

Hi! I have my Kraken Tournament edition headset for almost two years. Recently, my PC had been redone so I had to redownload Synapse and THX Spatial. I did activate my code before and it was working well - but now, I cannot use the THX spatial and it wants me to buy it again. I can log in to Synapse but surround sound isn't working, which is far less than ideal in fps shooting games. How can I solve this problem? Thank you for your help in advance!

The Razer Kraken TE is already THX enabled and you just need to install the Synapse 3 to active it. If it's asking you to purchase the app, you can just disregard it or skip that part. If you're still experiencing the same issue, PM me a screenshot so I can raise your concern with the Software Team. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
