THX spatial audio robotic voices issue with my Blackshark V3

I’m using the THX audio option with synapse 4, most audio sounds fine but voices sound almost robotic, this is only when I have THX enabled. I’ve spent days looking up solutions to this issue but haven’t found anything that I didn’t try already. I have Game audio channel for default playback and Chat audio channel as default communications. I’ve tried to do a clean re-install of razer synapse. I have enable audio enhancements enabled in windows 11 sound property, THX won’t work if I turn it off.  On my old Nari Essential THX sounded great and voices sounded fine. I’m not sure what’s going on but I’m kind of pissed off about how bad it sounds.
