THX Spatial Audio with no sound (Nari Ultimate)

It is my first 7.1 headset (Nari Ultimate) and i tried to turn on the THX Spatial Audio, but as soon as i selected the THX Spatial as my default playback device i had no sound at all on my headset. Does anyone know what do i have to do to fix it? I was also having some issues with a very loud crackling sound while playing.

    Do you mind sharing a screenshot of your Windows Sound Settings? By the way, are you getting any audio output from Spotify with the current configuration?
