THX Spatial No Sound

Hello there, I am now testing the THX Spatial Audio software with my Beyerdynamics. Well, at least I'm trying. I followed the installation instructions carefully. Sound output is set to THX Audio and also the correct device in the THX software. However, I don't get any sound. Can someone help me please? Many thanks in advance.

Do you mind sharing screenshots of your THX Audio settings and Windows Sound Panel? I'd like to get a better view of how things are configured before we jump into troubleshooting.

Is your headset plugged directly to your sound card, or are you using a desktop DAC, or maybe even the front panel's audio port?

I use an asus xonar sound card. My Headset is plugged directly. Razer Surround on Synapse 2 is also installed. Works here without issues.

It is possible that the sound card drivers aren't working well with how THX Spatial Audio is transcoded, and I may be out of my depth here. Please send me a PM so we can coordinate this with our Software Team. For now, try to reinstall the 7.1 surround app and the sound card drivers. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
