THX Spatial not working

I bought my Nari Ultimate headset back in 2019 and i've never really had an issue with it until of late when THX Spatial doesn't even give out any sound when i test it in the sounds options. The issue i had before that was Synapse 3 telling me that i needed to put THX Spatial as defualt output device to make it work even though i had. I have tried repairing Synapse 3 and i have moved the USB dongle and everything else i can think of. Any idea on how to fix this? Thanks!

    Do you mind sharing screenshots of your Sound Control Panel and your THX tab on Synapse? Those would help me help you with the troubleshooting. I'd also appreciate it if you can send me the serial number of the headset so we can try firmware-related solutions. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
