Thank you for sharing your concern here. I understand that the THX Spatial Audio app is not properly working. Please try reinstalling the THX Spatial Audio application. You can download the THX Spatial Audio Control app for PC at Microsoft Store, and if the issue persists, let me know via PM so we can proceed further.
