THX Spatial not working on Windows 10 Precision 5540 | Razer Insider

I have 2 laptops and I worked with support today to get my older laptop's THX Spatial sound working by doing the whole clean install method, etc., etc. So I went to do it on my Precision 5540 and nothing I do makes it work. Everything looks good from the sense that I have the right sound device available, I can see all the options in Synapse, etc., but the tests don't work (there is no sound) and using THX as the audio device results in no sound as well. The one clue that I have are messages in the event log such as:
