When I try to launch the apps after window update yesterday. It said rzappengine exe - Application Error The instruction at 0x00007FFE87A6EB21 referenced memory at OxFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program. And I can’t use the apps please help.

I understand that you are encountering an application error when trying to launch THX Spatial Sound and 7.1 surround sound apps after a Windows update. The error message indicates a corrupted file or memory reference issue with rzappengine.exe, preventing the apps from functioning. To resolve the application error, please try the steps below:
1. Uninstall the THX Spatial Sound and 7.1 Surround Sound apps from your PC.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Ensure that Windows is fully updated.
4. Temporarily disable your antivirus/firewall and try launching the app again.
5. Download the 7.1 Surround Sound software and follow the instructios here to setup the sound sound.
