THX SPATIAL SOUND DOESN'T APPEAR IN MY OUTPUT DEVICES

Hello! I have a RAZER KRAKEN FOR CONSOLE which I use with my laptop, but neither THX spatial sound nor 7.1 surrounded sound has ever appeared in my output devices list, I can't benefit from a real RAZER SOUND experience, and I kinda feel robbed :(, can anyone help me, please!
