THX Spatial Stopped Working on Windows 11 - Nari Ultimate

I have a week and a half old lap top, running Windows 11, and a Nari Ultimate. Today, THX Spatial stopped working and everything I tried to get sound routed through it has not worked. What is strange is the headset still works for voice communicates, there is simply no audio going through it for any other purpose. A friend of mine, also has a Nari Ultimate, running Windows 11 and is experiencing the exact same issue, although his issue started about 4 days ago. Please help, as this has basically rendered this headset useless.

    Razer has worst support out of all brands. I mean they dont even reply. Surrond sound 7.1 works on windows 10 but on on windows 11 even if previously installed on win 10 and tranfered to win 11.. I am thinking about switch to logitech.
