Im using the razer kraken ultimate and up until this morning I was with the THX .. today turned on my pc and there was no audio from the THX, but if i set the audio to be the kraken it work.... anyone got an idea how to fix it please?

hi, i didnt find a fix yet. but u can try to uninstall razer synapse and tell me if it worked for you
Actually this did work, I went to Uninstaller it and I pressed repair and it fixed it.

Hi, where is the Uninstaller with repair? via windows or something of razer?
If you press the windows key, type razer synapse, right click press Uninstaller it pulls up the device manager then you find razer synapse and it brings up a razer installer then you click on repair
I'm letting you know it should work because inhave the razer kraken ultimate as well and it worked for me
